We met through mutual friends on Facebook in October 2011, started talking initially through FB then moved to email and instant message, decided that we would like to meet so Jon came to England in April 2012, we spent a week together and just basically fell in love, I visited in August 2012 where we got engaged, spent my 40th birthday together in Disneyworld in December 2012 and then it was full swing into wedding plans, which meant that Jon had to visit the UK a couple more times, firstly to meet with the vicar to complete all the necessary forms for our marriage licence and then again for the wedding in September 2013. We travelled back to Texas after the wedding where we submitted the visa application and the rest as they say is history! Cannot wait to start our new life together :D
