I am an American married to a wonderful man from Mexico. We married young and since he wanted me to finish college, we waited to file for his AOS. Unfortunately, he was put into removal proceedings after he had a misunderstanding with a client of his and he called the cops on him. Fortunately, the charges were dismissed, but ICE still wanted to remove him. We are currently fighting to keep him here. Our I-130 was approved on March 20th, 2012 and he has his EOIR court date on Marh 7th, 2013. Long process, but I have faith that it will all turn out for the best.
