  1. Yeah I thought the movie was decent but didn't base it on that Its just what kind of became common. I used to fight it i just got used to it lol And isolated. You wouldn't want to pull them out of somewhere or even near somewhere you have a bunch of others, that would way tip off where some of them are
  2. If there is anything the "gaza experiment" if you will, teaches us, it's that "two state solution" is not the solution. I'm saying that as someone (like most Israelis) who used to support it and now (again like most israelis) realizes it will never work. Israel left gaza, hamas could have turned it into Las Vegas of the Middle East, what did they do instead? So you've got the twats indoctrinated by the domestic terror org that is BLM claim there's still occupation cause there's a blockade etc. Why is there a blockade? Because hamas took over the strip shortly after Israel left it. Israel did try to provide better conditions and each time hamas started shooting rockets and it was back to square one. It was all based on good faith. If there is quiet then conditions will gradually improve and vice versa. There were almost 20k gazans working inside of Israel before this attack started. One of the first locations they attacked was the same passage/s that allowed workers out (and earning 12x what they do in gaza) and supplies in. Literally bit the hand and slaughtered everyone in there. I know I'm preaching to the choir but I think this is an important point because even in my own family (from my wife's side) I've got people who think hamas is just trying to break out of the "open air prison" and that Israel is treating the "natives" so horribly, completely ignoring the fact that the indigenous people of the land are not Arabs but jews. Ignoring the fact Israel was doing more to better gazans life before this than any other country. If they wanted a good life, all they had to do was try to not kill all jews for a year or two. There are two reasons why I think people blame Israel for this instead of just realizing it's dealing with basically isis, who wants to kill people no matter what, and has absolutely nothing to do with nonexistent occupation. The first, anti semitism, plain and simple. But not everyone is anti Semitic. The second reason is as I said above, they allow themselves to be indoctrinated against Israel by BLM and the likes. It's insane but it is what it is. There is no way Israelis will ever let what happened in gaza over the last 20 years happen to the west bank; if that means there needs to be "apartheid" so be it. South Africa wasn't facing murderous isis and nazi like terrorists. Israel's utmost priority is to defend its citizens, jews AND arabs.
  3. He was killed in one, didn't spend his whole time there. And even when they thought they'd find him in a cave, no one thought to not even try
  4. Ha yeah, I wasn't referring to the sirens but you've got other concerns there. Yeah, to me if a person is "neutral" they're not really neutral, they're pro hamas. There's no place for neutrality here. Anyone who is against terrorism should be supporting Israel unequivocally in the removal of this threat before it truly becomes existential.
  5. Give it time. Also they could be under a hospital (that's usually where they hide) so they wouldn't be able to get to them till special forces go in during the ground operation. The US ended up finding saddam and bin laden, this is the same situation...doesn't matter how impossible it might seem right now, there should be resolve to not leave gaza before they're found and eliminated.
  6. Deif and sinwar are both in gaza and should be executed. Anyone outside of gaza should be targeted as well (mossad should handle that as its done before. Qatar does not equal immunity). It's impossible to kill all personnel, that's not the goal. The goal is to remove the weapons (and actively preventing them from replenishing afterwards) and the leadership/anyone involved in what happened, and find the hostages. These are minimal objectives imo. Anything less equals defeat.
  7. I forgot to mention, as one of the goals also of course to kill the leadership, military and political. Also here's a wiki link about defensive shield...I think the goals are pretty similar...I also think it was a pretty successful operation for the time despite heavy cost (probably going to be heavier this time around) https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operation_Defensive_Shield
  8. I mean 30% of the population has already been moved. Doesn't really take much more than that. Alot of it is underground...if you can enter/exit tunnels in gaza city which is where the majority of forces are gonna be, chances are you can get the other side of them taken care of as well. There's really no other option. My understanding is that's exactly the plan- destroy their tunnels, find all the weapons caches and rocket factories and destroy them etc. More importantly though will be the day after. In order for things to not get to the same point 10 years from now, there will need to be strong intelligence and thwarting similar to what Israel's been doing in Syria. Anytning new coming in will need to be destroyed on the spot, not in the next war. Also, think of it as something similar to what Israel did during operation defensive shield. If it was possible in the west Bank at the time, I can't see why it wouldn't be possible in gaza today
  9. Man, those sure were the days... Nice, welcome. You call gush etzion safe? Haha. Hats off to ya. I grew up in Israel apart from 4 years in Boston (ages 4-8), but haven't lived there for 10 years now...however still have plenty of family there. I was fresh out of the army in 2006 when the war with hezbollah broke out, so quite familiar with the sirens. Something that appears a bit new though that I'm hearing about is what you also mentioned that even in central Israel you can sort of hear/feel the attacks in gaza, pretty intense As you say, Israel is fighting for its survival, there's only one acceptable result to this war and that's destroying hamas, demilitarizing Gaza, and rescuing all hostages dead or alive. No negotiations or prisoner swaps. Anything short of this will signal to hezbollah and others that Israel is weak and completely evaporate what's left of deterrence. It's really a no Brainer and yet it's stunning to see how many on social media (I'm pretty active on X myself and try to help hasbara a bit these days) or around the world seem to think what Israel is doing isn't justified or proportional or that it should just quit. Some of them because let's face it they are jew haters. But some also lack the strategic foresight and literally don't realize that will bring about the demise of it. People don't understand that it takes being tough to survive in the middle east. I for one truly hope Israel goes all the way this time and doesn't stop before mission accomplished. However long it takes, whatever toll it takes. It's time to finish the job.
  10. Yes but it would also bring heavy destruction on Israel. Hezbollah has many more, and much more accurate rockets than hamas. However Lebanon will become a ghost town.
  11. How's it going fellas. Recent events have reminded me of the good Ole times we used to have here with some libs who appear to be all but extinct in here now lol I agree with most of what's been said. Hamas (and Islamic jihad) need to be destroyed. And they're going to be. Gaza will become a tent city inshallah. Also the filthy mob taking over the streets of the west should be sent the middle east
