Hello, I am USC and in the process of sponsoring my brother and his family. Currently they are in the US visiting me and will return to home country after 6 months of visit. As I have him in GC process, could his tourist visa be a problem if he visiting again in the future? Let me know if anyone has this same experience. Thank you!
