My fiance (Imtiaz) and I met online and feel in love. We spoke for hours almost everyday in the beginning. I knew right away that he was different (which is ironic, because his name means "different"). We got engaged fairly quickly, and now, more than a year and a half later, we are still madly in love with each other. We can't wait to get married and start our future together.
Throughout the length of our relationship, he has been the strength that I could rely on. He was there for me when my dad went has open heart surgery, with six bypasses, and he was my rock throughout the three month recovery. He has also helped me work through so many of my issues, particularly those from religion that left me stigmatized. I honestly don't know what I did to deserve him, but I thank God every single day for sending Imtiaz to me.
So, here we are, applying for a K-1 Visa for him. Neither of us has ever done anything like this before and it all seems so confusing, which is why we are so GLAD to have the VisaJourney community here to help us through the process.
