2. Received with case # assigned LINxxxxxxx - Apr 10,15

4. NVC welcome letter with case number HCMxx - Aug 15, 15
5. Paid AOS fee - Oct 9, 15
6. Submitted DS-261 online - Oct 14.
7. Paid IV fee - Oct 22, 15
8. NVC web site '404' when trying find form DS-260 and I-864 online ?
