I became friends with her sister and her sister's husband in October 2010. One day they began to make plans to go back to China to visit their family. They invited me and my daughter to go along with them in March 2011.
The trip was far better than I expected, I met her there and we fell in love.
I went back to China Feb 2012 to visit her for Chinese New Year and proposed to her that night while the family was gathered.
About 5000 emails later and phone calls too numerous to count, here we are... :)
