I I did not get any emails but check my status online yesterday and it says card production as of September 4th for ead.

As for the chart/spreadsheet my interview is scheduled for September 24th.

Since some of us have already seen progress in our applications, I've decided to compile a progress list so we can compare, contrast and have a better look/idea of each "July 2012 AOS Filers" members' timelines.

You will receive another email when your card is mailed. So the card production notice means nothing.

Thank you Linda. We received a text again just now about the same thing. But this time, the date changed from August 29th to Sept. 4th. Did that happen to you as well?

It usually takes 8-10 days including weekends from production email. You should get it by Friday..

Congrats to all who have been approved for GC lately. My husband and I wish to experience the same in the near future. Just like what I've been reading here, I, who's the USC, am the one more nervous and my husband is very calm about all this. His patience is just astounding and mine is blah.

Anyway, I just have one quick question. Last August 29th, we received a notification via text that my husband's case status for his I-765 application has been updated and when we checked it online (via uscis.gov site), the status did change to card production but we haven't received any follow-up email or so about it. Is this something common? When does the EAD card usually arrive after card production notice?

I am just wondering because my husband has a friend who can refer him to his company and they want to know when my husband will have his SSN so he can start working.

Any comments is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

We got a text notification about my husband's EAD card production last Wednesday but haven't gotten any follow-up email or anything. We'll just probably have to wait for it in the mail.

For some reason I haven't got any texts or e-mails about my card production or updates to my case status on the I765 or I131.

I've signed up for the USCIS account and created a portfolio. Turned on e-mail alert and text alert for all cases. Still no texts or e-mails.

My husband received a text that his I-765 case status was updated and when we checked the website, it was indeed changed to card production. I think that's pretty much what you'll be getting. As for the email, didn't receive anything about it yet.

most of June Filers with L.A local office still waiting for EAD and interview...be more patient

Seems like LA is really slow these days. Thank you for responding. My husband is actually very patient about this. I'm the one being paranoid and impatient.

Hi June AOS Filers!

I'm just wondering if anyone here is from Los Angeles area who can tell me how many weeks/months after doing biometrics will someone receive their interview notice or EAD.

My husband did his biometrics last July 31st. It's exactly four weeks today and we haven't gotten anything yet. I've been looking at people's timeline from other states and cities and they happened to have at least received an interview notice already even if they've done their biometrics later than 07/31.

Has LA been this slow since then? Any comments is greatly appreciated.

Just got an email status update testing and interview ,on August 17 we mailed you an appointment for interview scheduled for September 24th! Sooooooo happy! God is good!

Congrats to you! I was looking at your timeline and we pretty much sent our application at the same time but we haven't received anything yet after biometrics last 07/31. LA is really slower than others.

Los angeles here... Hopefully soon... I'm jealous too :whistle:
