Sep 7th 2011, VSC sent me RFE letter
March 16th 2012 , VSC gave me fee waiver for my I-131
June 28th 2012, VSC sent me Notice of Action letter
July 20th 2012, I sent back my Notice of Action reply letter to VSC, waiting for my I-131 result now
