US is not a cheap place to visit.

How old is the niece? She needs to apply for the tourist visa in her country... You are intending her to come for a visit as a tourist correct? Not to immigrate?

Hi everyone.. I hope someone can help me with this "tourist visa" I don't know how to start applying this papers.... I'm here right now in the USA and we were planning to bring my niece here in the USA... Right now she in the Philippines...

I just don't know if we need to petition her for tourist visa or she has to file it by her self back in the Philippines.

Does she need to have a show money for the interview? How much?

Hello everyone my name is Che... I'm here right now in the USA with my US Citizen husband and our baby girl.. I am also pregnant now, and I'm planning to have my second baby in the Philippines.. But I don't how it will work because my conditional permanent residence for 2 years will expire on February 2015. And 90 days prior of the expiration of my Residency here I have to file some paper to change my status I think it's I-751.. So it will start on November to February. Also like what I said if I had the baby in the Philippines it will be on first week of October...

My Big question is....

1. Is my baby will be automatic US Citizen??? Since his/her dad is a US Citizen already...

2. How long to process all the paper of my baby to bring back in the USA?

3. What am I suppose to do?

I was APPROVED on my interview this morning... I'm very happy that is goes very smooth to me.. All the question to me was so easy...! God is really good...! I really put my trust in him...

yes we are,,, no its not my interview,,,it was my medical exam in St. Lukes.... we send it last January 3,2012,,, you can look on my timeline its there....

my Fiance recieve our NOA2 just last may 17... you can check your status on USCIS.... then call to the NVC.... Good luck....

Hi a question here . My interview is coming up soon, my fiancé recently retired in his pension and 401k are being processed. There's a chance it will not be processed in time of my interview. Does anyone think it's a problem if I present his 401k n pension amount, and a letter from the pension department saying they are processing this?...thanks

Here my question...my Fiancé just retired in April, he will be getting a pension of 1300 dollars a month..also he receives 2000 dollars a month for a insurance settlement for the next 2 years..than in a year an a half he will receive his social security of about 1800 dollars a month...this does not include work he will do beginning in Sept part time teaching....do we have to be concerned about the requirements of the affidavit of support?.? Helppppp
