  1. I'm helping my brother in law apply to bring his fiancé here. It's been 12 years since I used this guide to bring my fiancé (now wife)here using a K1 Fiancé visa. I have some questions that I hope someone here can assist me with. Let me apologize up front for not staying up to date in what is needed with this application. Can anyone tell me if the following things are still needed to send in with the I-129F packet? G-325A Form G-1145 Form My memory definitely is slipping, I could have sworn I sent in an I-864 Affidavit of support along with tax documents, and pay stubs at the time I sent in my I-129F form, can someone tell me at what step of this process all of that is needed as well? Is that something that gets sent to your Fiancé and they take it to the interview? Thanks again for any help!
