    Yes, I'm under F2A category. Once nasa USEM na ung med. exam results, they will inform you at pre-interview or at final interview if your sister is covered under CSPA.

    But take note, it may be different to your sister. Sakin kasi, 19 yrs. old palang aq nung me PD ko na 30APR2010. In your sister's case, she's 20 yrs. old already nung aug. 2010 ung PD nia.
