    i have a few questions if somone could help. I have a NOA 2 I-797 approval for a k1 visa what is the next step i need to take? I have no proiority date is that an issue?

      Hi! Congrats on the NOA2! You have to wait for the NVC to receive your packet from USCIS and then NVC will assign a case number to you. It's different from the number in the NOA2. You may call the NVC to inquire about this. That's what we did. Then they gave us our MNL case number and told us around when they will send our packet to Manila.       oops... message limit reached. Well, today we received an email from NVC replying to our earlier email to them. It said that our case was already forwarded to Manila, and it also gave us our case number and other details, including our priority date.
