      Hindi kc kami nag submit ng BC ko, kc wala naman dun sa instructions ng I-130. Sa mga anak lng required ang BC.Bnasa tlga namin ulit yung guidelines.Pero d2 ko lng nalaman sa VJ,since Oct2012 pa pla mrami ng ngka RFE dhil aftr ma-transfr yung case sa local office,ng require na sla ng BC
