Hello MMDUDE,

You do not need to notorize the birth certificate.

Paper clipping is fine.

You can use a file folder no plastic sleeve though and do not punch hole or staple

Just do a priority with delivery confirmation ( it's going to the po box there might not be some one to sign)

Evidence looks good

Include a copy of front and back of your GC

Include copies of few mails that shows both of your name with same address ( even separate ones)

Travel itinerary if you have travel together.

Make sure the documents cover the last 2 years or more.

Just wanted to update and share. We received an e-mail and text today at 645 pm central time, saying they order for

our card production.

O.M.G guys, I received a couple text messages, saying to check case status due to an update. Here is the message I saw.

On January 17, 2014, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

I knew we would soon start seeing approvals, did not think I would be among the first.

It's a good news that USCIS is getting up to October filers. We hope all will get the news like this soon.

They are asking for the visa number not the passport. Do send them the copy of his visa and I-94 ( if applicable)

Update: received NOA for biometric dates for 11/15/2013. ( I'm having hard time updating on the list, anyone doing it for me highly appreciate )

Just wanted to give update, received a NOA dated 10/23/2013 extending the CR for 1 year.

Sent out our ROC documents (2.98lb of it) on 10/22/2013 and they received it on 10/23/2013. Plus wanted to thank everyone here for their comments, ideas and experiences through out the AOS process too. Hoping this one will be as smooth as the AOS. Good Luck to all.
