  7. You have to still file I-864w. Before they said you didn’t but then they reinstated it.
  8. To answer your question. Each petition are processed as separate, individual petitions. The I-400 was processed according to its rules and regulations that do not pertain to I-751.
  9. This is why we tell people that there is no such thing as a combo interview. Your local office does not have to do it. Until that has processed citizenship is on hold or supervisor will deny and you will have to refile after I-751 is approved. Also you cannot appeal the denial.
  10. Ok. They are trying to process your I-751 before you are scheduled I-400 interview. Check the new location current processing times.
  11. So you filed for I-751 in December2021 and filed for I-400 in April 2021. When is your 2 year expiration date? Why did you file for I-400 before I-751?

  13. There is a difference in marrying K-1 and divorcing than never married K-1.
  14. They want to updated evidence since date you filed I-751. FYI. If your interview letter does not mention I-751, it is not a combo interview. Make sure your spouse comes. You can ask if you can be interviewed the same day. It depends on IO. If they do it after you finish 400 or they will have you wait in the lobby and talk to supervisor to approve it.
  15. No you are only able to AOS by the fiancé that petitioned for you. Since you never married K-1 and divorced then you have no pathway to immigration. If new husband is US citizen then he will have to file I-130 and I-485. You will need to talk to an attorney.

  19. Yes. You have to interview in the new field office where you live now.
  20. You cannot count the house you live in as an asset.
  21. Your family will need their visitor visa in hand before you can answer that question. Did they already apply?
  22. If you have copies of court disposition, you will be OK. Without it most likely petition will be denied. Only USCIS will make that decision.
  23. Yeah although you can retrieve it yourself it still has to be processed by DHL
