  1. You can file new I-485 but consult with a lawyer first as spouse has a ban on file. That is different than an overstay.
  2. As others have stated that you were required to remain single until your immigration. Your mother should have notified them when you got married and then you would not be going through this big ordeal of updating your petition.

Then the extension letter is no longer valid after 3-15-2022. you mentioned approved years later. What is her expired date and years on her extension letter.
