    1. DHS issued never received. 2. Date she entered US. It is also in her passport stamp. 3. You will have to repay the I-90 fee. Did you file AR form to change her address? What address did you put on her form when you paid the GC form? Also USPS by law cannot forward your GC to a new address they are required to return them to USCIS. USCIS will reissue a missed mail card issue without the filing fee paid and another biometrics conducted. You can try to do the waiver, but the I-90 will get denied.

    Visiting is not domiciled. They can verify domicile proof. Because you have a joint sponsor means nothing. Also parents cannot stay. This process will be 2-3 years and that is not including AP.
