    They are not required to hold your 1-485. They denied it because you were no longer with spouse and did not bring proof of filing VAWA. just file another I-485 with medical.

    Copy pictures on a Word document so you add at least 6-8 pages per year of pictures. Your brother will need to write a statement of how they met, dated, proposal, and wedding. Also talk about life after marriage.

    As you can see USCIS looses over 200 million in fees every year and for a self funded agency that is a lot. How are you able to maintain with the only amount of staff your budget allows. If they had that money they can open up more centers and distribute the applications.

    They are looking at your Gross Adjusted Income on your income tax form. Line 22 I believe. If that is below what you need for 3 people than you need a joint sponsor.
