    Last feb 22 we recieved our NOA2,today i just checked our stat us online it says Initial Review On May 13, 2013, we transferred your I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN, to your local USCIS Office for further processing. The new office has jurisdiction over your case and will send you a decision as soon as processing is complete or you will be notified if further information or action is needed.

      cge We will pray for you...Nakakainis talaga ang uscis parang pinagpasa pasahan naman ang papel nyo.

      tinatambak pa nila mga ibang papel nakakainis..

      Sis, ignore it. May hardcopy na ba kayo ng NOA2? Usual na kasi na minsan i-iba iba ang status ng case natin sa system nila. If may hardcopy na kayo ng NOA2, it means approved na kayo, move on to the next step at kulitin nyo ang USCIS at NVC para hanapin nila ang papers nyo. I will pray for you, sis.

      sis lai yes may hard copy na kami ng noa2.. but yesterday hubby received a noa again transfer of notice that our case was transfered again to VSC..
