  2. I got married in the Philippines about 11 years ago, brought my wife to Hawaii and We got divorced 2 years ago (2022) because she cheated on me. I am now talking to another girl from the Philippines and planning to see her this April 2024. If all goes well, how do I go about doing a 'Fiancé Visa'? Do I need an 'Annulment' from the Philippines for my Ex-wife? Also If anyone knows the answer to this question: My ex and I have two boys together ages 4 & 10, I have full custody of them (physical and legal) and I am planning to bring my boys with me to the Philippines. My question is Do I need to have my Ex-wife make a consent letter to have the boys travel with me? I'm thinking I don't need a consent letter from her because I have full custody but I want other peoples opinions if any of you had experienced it. I will bring my 'divorce decree' showing I have full custody just in case the airport ask for it. thank you in advance

  6. I decided to break up with my wife because she cheated on me. We got married in the Philippines (civil wedding) and I petitioned her to come live with me in hawaii. She been here for about 10 years now. She is not a US citizen, just green card. We have 2 boys together (3yr and 9yr) both US citizens. Question is , Do I need to file a divorce here in Hawaii? If so, where do I begin or who do I seek. Thank you
