  hi sis good evening! I got excited when i read your updates especially the 48days approval from noa1. Oh I'm really hoping and praying that ours would be like that too. My husband is a Filipino-USC. We're filing I-130 IR1 and IR2. We filed last Nov. 19, 2012 and got our noa1 nov. 26, 2012.. Our first 3letters on receipt# is also MSC, for me and for my baby. My hubby is living in California right now and we send the papers to Chicago lockbox. Is it possible for us to have like that...
