    HELP!!! RFE RECEIVED! MY FIANCE MET 2003 until 2005 then he spends vcation yearly fron 2006-2009 AND NOW WE RCVD RFE THAT WE SHUD PERSONALLY MEET WITHIN PAST 2 years what to do??

      ours is needing proof within two years though ours is almost 3 yrs were planning to write a waiver of extreme hardship to meet personally we hope it will work

      I wish you luck.

      Our I-129F got approved today. ( via USCIS site).

      6 days after the USCIS reviewed our evidence.

      The RFE notice my fiance(USC) got was also regarding meeting within 2 years. (I think that's a general timeline they use, the 2 years prior to filing the application).

      Keep the faith that you will have enough evidence.
