    I-130 filed 07/2024

    Count down monthly from 10 months 07/24 to 2 months 05/24

    Now went back to show 10 month until decision been made...........

      Ignore it completely, it's notoriously unreliable and will jump all over the place between now and it being approved. Figure about 12-14 months (14 months currently, but hopefully will drop back down to nearer a year).

    I filed my I360 from October 2011. Additional information requested sent November 2011. Receive Prima Facie December 2011. Now Prima Facie expires in June but I sent for extension in May 2012 and I have not receive any response.
