I sent my stuff last week they received it on Wednesday and everything that I stated in my prior post is what I sent to them, on Friday my case was done. I did not have a problem and no RFE was created. They are now in the process of scheduling my interview. 2010 Tax transcript doesn't show that you are still employed and that you had income for the last year.
-
Correct! You really only need the 2010 Tax transcript. unless you have filed your 2011 tax return, and if so then instead of the 2010 you would request the 2011. But if you are getting the 2010, additionally you should forward them a copy of your 2011 W-2, a letter from your employer and the maybe your last 6 months of pay stubs. I think its always better to send the government more info, so they won't come asking for more.
-
Call the IRS and request your 2010 Tax Return Transcript, ask for it to be sent via fax, this can then be forwarded to NVC instead of waiting the traditional 14 days for the mail to arrive.
-
I received a letter in the mail, but i had already called the line and receive it from the automated service line. Then a few days later they billed me for the AOS. You can call and give them your info. or send an inquiry via email. They will respond. You just want the case number, your husband requesting the information will not expedite the service time.

They actually want W-2 for 2011 if you haven't filed your taxes yet. You need a tax transcript for 2010. Also if you can get the last 6 months of you and your co-sponsor check stub and an employee verification letter. you would be fine. I sent everything last week to them and they are done with my stuff. They had no need to request any additional info.

You have not paid over $ 4.00 while bush was in office. However the reason the prices are what they are are due to Bush. I guess if the sky falls some people would still blame him for it. Its hopeless talking to some people.
-
I would suggest that you call them, most times the RFE doesn't make sense.
-
There is no Multiply factor. It is what you make. That it.
-
You should notify them, if the address is a U.S. Address. Normally when you go for your visa, they will run a background check and if your lease is up, they will ask you for a new address.

I got the same message for a week from Feb 14 -Feb 21. Then it change. Once they actually bill you, then it would correct itself.

I did the same thing last month and they just redirected it. But you probably will lose one day. E.g. they received my package on the 17th, but due to forwarding it, they put the 18th as the priority date.

I was just granted, based on High Risk Pregnancy from both USCIS and NVC. Just ask your high risk OB to write a standard letter stating that you are being treated for High Pregnancy with complication. Then you write a letter to USCIS and send both explaining your compliciation. Your doctor is not allowed to list the types of compliciations you are faced with. Within 5 business days they responsed, she response below. Everything for me was done in less than 2 weeks. However, I was hospitalized 5 time and stated that fact, I was also placed on bedrest and can not travel for family assistance. SO REALLY WHAT MAKES YOUR PREGNANCY HIGH RISK BECAUSE THEY WOULD NEED TO KNOW AND PROOF.
Thank you for your documents. I’ve pulled your file for review. Your expedite request was approved and your petition is now being adjudicated. You should receive a notice of action* within 15 days.
*A notice of action may be in a form of Approval Notice, Denial Notice, Transfer Notice, Request for Evidence, Notice of Intent to Deny or Notice of Intent to Revoke
Thank you,
Then I recieve an approval notice at 7:30 that same day with
Application Type: I130 , IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN

Well you can also send a request to the service center email address. I called it in but I also sent them an email with my proof. I received an email from them that they were not able to locate my support for expedite. I re-forwarded them the email sent 5 days earlier, they responded with the approval of the expedite that same day. Within 4 hours of the expedite approval they had sent me a case update that my case was approved and was being forwarded to NVC.
