Today, my wife and I got our Hep B vaccine (first shot) in a local pharmacy in Vancouver. Will get our Tdap booster after 2 weeks, then another 2 weeks later, will get the 2nd shot of Hep B. Hopefully we will be ready for the medical exam at that point of time.

@raisins Thanks for your reply. My wife and I have taken 2 shots of Hep A vaccines several years ago. But, Hepatitis B vaccine is now required for adults as per CDC website? Did your spouse end up getting that shot? .

I don't think we want to do that unless the consulate or NVC explicitly ask us to do. I have a feeling if we update it now, it could alter our DQ dates. Instead, we can talk about the changes during the in-person interview. At least, that would be one benefit of having this interview obligation or formality.

As of January 4, 2023, most Immediate Relative and fiancé(e) visa cases being scheduled for interview in Montreal were documentarily complete at the National Visa Center in October 2022; most Family Preference cases with visa numbers available that are being scheduled for interview were documentarily qualified in August 2022; and most Employment cases scheduled for interview were documentarily complete in October 2020.

According to the above link, this is the comments I rely on. I guess the answer is ~ No, not needed, not possible to get one... Comments: Police certificates are only available for Indian nationals and non-Indian nationals currently living in India. Indian police certificates are not available for foreign (non-Indian) nationals applying outside India.

Your citizenship has no bearing on the US Green card process as it is based on your Country of birth. As long as you stay as a resident of Canada your file in the queue at Montreal consulate should hold good. But, I reckon there will be some paperwork in your application when you change your passport from Indian to Canadian. Not sure how you do that paperwork though.
