    My girlfriend is here in the usa on a j1 visa (aupair) with NO 2 year home requirement here visa is up in November 2012 we are looking to get married in the usa what forms do we need to file and time line are we looking at. The stories and miss information I've been getting is driving me crazy and Im looking for help
