      Sorry have been busy lately. My wife did everything in Singapore. I believe you can apply for the NBI Clearance at the Philippine Embassy. The Singapore police certificate will only be granted when you get the letter from the US Embassy and you have to show that letter to them. It's always better to get the vaccinations at the same time as your medical examination because the doctors will know which one you would need. My wife went to Dr. Thorne and Chin at Shaw Center. Hope this helps.

      It's ok :) Thanks for the information, i already have an NBI Clearance from the Philippines last December when i went home.How soon did you have the Singapore police certificate from the day you applied for it? How many days does it take to finish the medical exam and vaccinations together? Can we get medical exam and vaccinations even without the letter from embassy yet?
