I was hoping the NVC would give my husband an interview date for his birthday today. No such luck. Almost three weeks since case completed at NVC and still no word on an interview.
I guess they do things different with the marriage visa. About 10 days after nvc I got the email with forms and medical instructions. Then my husband had to buy a calling card to call the embassy and set the interview date. I hop you are done soon.
