First petition was returned to USCIS as expired after 3.5 years of processing. The CEAC site showed a status of Visa Issued, but this was false. We had to start over. Second petition interview result was again AP on Oct 30 2013. They did not even know about the first petition. Very sad. Interview on Nov 18, 2014 and he was approved. CEAC site says Issued but we are still waiting on the call as of the 26th.
