    Philippines - We met during our time in High School. We shared the same classes (4th year High School) and had a lot of conversations until our feelings for each other was developed. We started going steady on October 05, 2004. Since then, we have been inseparable. We attended the same university during our college years and shared the same classes as nursing students.

    In December of 2009, Donnel went back to USA for work. We have corresponded via facebook, yahoo messenger, and skype. Please note that we use Skype and Yahoo Messenger for our voice and video chat; while we use facebook for non-video chats.

    In September of 2010, Donnel traveled back to Philippines and took the first step by becoming engaged. He proposed to me last October 09, 2010, which I accepted. Donnel stayed in the Philippines for more than a month and spent those times with me. We have talked about marriage, our future, and building our lives together.

    I have dreamed of being with Donnel since the day I fell in love with him. I would like to be given an opportunity to be with him and carry out the plans we have laid out for each other. We plan to get married in USA where he was raised as soon as I am permitted by the US Consul.

    Update:
    I got my visa on September 07, 2012 and went to USA on October 11,2012. We got married on October 22,2012 at Bridgeview, Illinois.

    MARCH 14, 2016 - The day when we found out we are pregnant with our first baby.. :)

    OCTOBER 30, 2016 (2:42pm) - Our bundle of joy is born at MetroSouth Medical Center in Blue Island, IL.

    2:00pm in PH/12:00am in CHICAGO, my fiance called and told me that he received the email and text notification that we finally got our NOA2!!! Yey!! We are so happy! ONE STEP CLOSER BABY!!!

      congrats .. today my friend from brazil which got RFE as well got her NOA2 ... looks like ppl are getting NOA2 faster after RFE .. enjoy your moment :)

      hi roseann! noa1 namin is dated november 25.. den we got RFE kaya mejo nadelay ng ilang weeks ang noa2.. saang service center ka?

      @MSM thanks.. yeah those who got RFE gets their NOA2 faster. however, I can still read posts from other VJers that they passed their RFE one month ago but still haven't heard anything from USCIS. i hope they will also get their NOA2s soon
