    Hi everyone! I need your advice and opinion about situation we are experiencing. i brought my parents , they got their stamps at the port of entry. my mothers green card has arrived ten days ago but my father’s has not. i checked case status trying to find out the tracking number for the card or get any information but it showed only old action on their case ( you case was sent to NVC etc) I called the talked to the lovely machine to their link to the same what I did and that was all help I got. can I possibly talk to tier 1 or 2 about the card? How you dealt with it you were in my situation? any advice is highly appreciated!

    Hello everyone, I really need your advice. My parents got their passports with immigrant visa from US embassy. Their visas are valid till the 18 th April 2024, which means they have to enter USA before this date. my question: what happens if they can’t do it before this date ( they have some medical issues) , what is the procedure of getting a new one. thank you in advance!
