Hi everyone! I need your advice and opinion about situation we are experiencing. i brought my parents , they got their stamps at the port of entry. my mothers green card has arrived ten days ago but my father’s has not. i checked case status trying to find out the tracking number for the card or get any information but it showed only old action on their case ( you case was sent to NVC etc) I called the talked to the lovely machine to their link to the same what I did and that was all help I got. can I possibly talk to tier 1 or 2 about the card? How you dealt with it you were in my situation? any advice is highly appreciated!
