02/25/08 - Attempted delivery and could not deliver

04/30/08 - Went to Atlanta and got I-551 stamp for one year extension since we did not get a NOA.
06/05/08 - Ombudsman office replied that they initiated a formal inquiry with USCIS over NO NOA/BIO.
06/25/08 - Congressman Bachus called me and said that they had talked to TSC and that they will issue a NOA 1 within 10 days.
06/30/08 - USCIS Mr. Miller called to follow up on Ombudsman letter and told me to expect something a NOA 1 maybe within one month.
07/08/08 - Received a duplicate NOA dated 06/25/08 the date Congressman Bachus was assured a NOA 1. First name is misspelled on NOA.
08/07/08 - Received ASC appointment letter.
08/15/08 - ASC appointment.
02/18/09 - CRIS email approved and card ordered.
02/23/09 - NOA I-797C approval hard copy in mail.
02/24/09 - Mailed via USPS N-400 to TSC return receipt & certified.
02/26/09 - 10 Year Permanent Resident card arrived in mail.
02/26/09 - N-400 delivered per USPS confirmation.
03/12/09 - Check cashed finally for N-400
03/16/09 - Hard copy NOA 1 in mail priority date 02/26/09.
04/01/09 - ASC (Application Support Center) appointment.
06/18/09 - Interview and Oath Ceremony in Atlanta, GA field office. USC now.
