Our Story
We met in person on the last day (July 4th, 2010) of my first trip to Colombia doing development work. We stayed in touch via Skype till I visited her again in 3 months for a long weekend and then 3 months later I moved down to Colombia to live with her for 2 months. When her tourist visa to visit the US was denied I extended my time in Colombia 4 more months, we traveled to Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, and Ecuador together. I then had to return to the US for work but came back down to propose to her in September of this year. I am a very lucky man!
