    Hey VJ question when you file your application does it go to a lock box first or to the service center directly? Or does that depend on what you are filing for?

      Lock Boc first, then the service center, then NVC

      For K-1, every applicant send their petition to the lockbox in Dallas, then they forward it to either California or Vermont Service Center. After it's being approved (NOA2), the service center forwards it to the National Visa Center (NVC), and then to your embassy. :)
