ive also searched universities/colleges near and around the area of my fiance's residence as i may need to go to school in the US to be able to land a better-paying job although i have a bachelor's degree already.. ive contacted some universities/colleges and all of the them replied to my queries.

i also want to work as soon as i get myslef acclimatized in the US, but the only way i know how to work immediately is to get married the soonest possible time upon arrival so, the foreign fiancee, can apply for employment authorization. (Form 1-765)

i had my interview today and was approved, but they ask me to get an new passport because they said its defective.. now it bothers me soo much i don't know how can i expedite the passport processing in less than 10 days.. im 7 mos. prego and i already have ticket and medical cert that i will travel on dec 23:( so sad...and confused)...

whats the defect of your passport? i worked with a travel agency for sometime and have not encountered a change/ renewal/ replacement of passport due to mutilation/loss/expiry that can be done in 10 days unless maybe due to some extraordinary circumstances. i guess u may not ahve a choice but to move the date of ur travel?

So, as of Dec 8th 2011 we're happily engaged and were putting the I-129F package together during the weekend. We're almost done, but I have a few questions regarding the contents of the package. I hope you guys can help me with this

- We are submitting both a copy of birth certificate and copy of all pages of my fiancee's U.S. passport (I'm the beneficiary). That's because I think the Indiana Birth Certificate she has in her possession is the short one, so just to be on the safe side, we send the passport copy as well. Now the question is - should every passport page copy be signed by her? Should the copy of the birth certificate be signed? Should they also be dated?

- We are going to submit a few pages of receipts (3-4 receipts per page - is that okay?), copy of car purchase contract in both names, copy of apartment lease with her as the leasee and me as tenant. We have put descriptions on the back of each page. Is that fine? Also, should anything be signed? Should everything be signed and dated?

- We have also put a few pictures of us (in color) as evidence, writing the date and place of given picture being taken. Should the pictures be signed?

copy of birth certificate and copy of all pages of my fiancee's U.S. passport need not be signed and dated. aside from the date and place the pic was taken, add both of ur names(just in case they get mixed up). no need to sign the pictures. it may be wise not to send the receipts of ur car purchase and apartment lease as they are not among those needed for the Form 129-F. it may just complicate things.receipt of the car purchase can be added the requirements u can submit for the adjustment of status..

Hi guys! wat other income besides emploment could we use rhe I134 form for K1 visa's I child support and SSI for two disabled kids and I wasnt sure if I could use them or not. your input is very much needed thanks so much.

hello... may i know ur kids disablity and their ages? i have a mentally handicapped/deficient daughter who is of legal age and i am not sure if she could qualify and be included in my K-1 visa petition as a child..
