Good day to you.Just want to ask about AOS filing,my husband is retired and is receiving state pension as well as SS monthly pension as well.My question is there's no field there Affidavit of support where I c
where I can put his social security income.If we don't add such we're pretty sure I will be denied for permanent residence as his annual income is below the poverty guideline.What will we do?
Would I just add manually his annual income and social pension and declare such as his total income?Or do I just write there the total annual income showing on his IRS instead and include the social security statement in the mail together with the other documents.
im pretty sure that's what I did.. just manually added it. I am not COMPLETELY sure because it was so long ago. Add the letter from SS, as it is very important!
