    Thank you for the replies. To whom should I sent the I-824 form? Also @powerpuff, you mention I should had filed one or the other. My parents are both in the Philippines. I live in WA state, which one should I have filed for? Any ideas? ty

    My Petition has been approved, However I indicated on the petition that the beneficiary intends to apply for an immigration visa abroad at a US Embassy or a US Consulate and will also apply for adjustment of status in the United States, Since I have indicate both option. USCIS has retained the petition. Has anyone had this same predicament? TY
