Con grats hon welcome to the 14 plus months of waiting on approval but at the end we all can do the happy dance. God is good.

I filed in Oct 2010 and was approved in Dec 2011 and by Feb 2012 it was all over . I Almost died when I didn't get prima facie . But I did a lot of searching and realized that doesnt mean you won't get approved . Good luck all and yeah 14 months b4 approval.

Welcome to the forum and I'm also from NY. Don't know about prima facie cause I never received one . But that didn't stop me from wining my fight.

My moms AOS also got transferred to CSC my sister petition for her in may it was received on 11th transfer to NBC on 16th receive noa on 21 early walk in bio long story short case transfer to CSC on June 1 and then to USCIS office on June 7 whatever that means I was hoping there wouldn't be an interview but from what I've seen your better off getting interview notice those seems to come sooner.

My moms case was transfer to CSC is possible she won't have to go for interview . I'm keeping my fingers and toes cross. How often does this happen if she doesn't go for one.

That we be so wonderful but I dont want to build my hopes up too much. We just gonna wait for transfer notice in the mail.

Mailed 485 130 765 on may 8 received on the 11th

Notification on the 16th

Noa and bio may 21

Walk in bio may 22

Two weeks early

Email on June 1 case transferred to another office .

Can someone please shed some light on this my sister is petitioning for our mom case received on may 11 , may 16 transferred to NBC . May 21 NOA's and bio app. She did walk in on may 22 and then last Friday she received case transferred to another office but didn't say which. What does this mean no interview. Thanks in advance.

Good luck on your interview Wed it's really easy I swear I didnt spend ten min in mine if everything in life was that easy the world would be a better place. And to everyone waiting on approvals if you look back most of the approvals came after a year of waiting. As for interviews I think it takes a while longer if you file AOS after your VAWA was approved it takes about the same time a regular AOS takes today which is 3-4 months. You should check out the AOS categories and you would have a better understanding .

Hi guys!!!! I am anxiously awaiting my interview on Wednesday. I am a liitle nervous but very hopeful nevertheless. I have been reading all the comments from regular and new posters here and I know that some of you are very frustrated. I know that everybody's situation is different but please keep up with your prayers especially.I got approved on December 27th (didn't get the approval letter until Jan 9th though). I was also very anxious about getting my interview letter, but I kept myself busy that I almost forgot about it lol. It eventually came on April 14th with a May 30th date. I understand that the waiting is very hard ( we have all been there )but your day will come!!! I have all of you guys in my prayers. BLESS.

I never received prima facie and when I check over my case I could see why getting approve was the most important thing a word to other VAWA applicants I know some ppl get prima facie when u first filed but if u have an EAD card don't bother renew it save it for the ones who can't work . Good luck to all waiting on approvals and interview notices .

Bit to share my moms AOS also say acceptance . Ok so yesterday when she check her mailbox she got noa and biometric app I told her to go to our ASC and see if they would do her bio well they did .

Just a quick word I was married in 2005 and went through a year of abuse separated in 2006 and filed VAWA in 2010 and was approved yes you heard me approve I didn't know about VAWA in 2006 but I had a lot of evidence to back up my case. It was very hard living through that whole ordeal again but thank God I came out as the winner.

This is for my mom her AOS package was delivered last Friday also and by the 16th she received E-Notification now she's waiting on NOA's. Check cashed yesterday.
