Una vez que reciba el NOA2, yo siendo de capital sin tener hijos ni estar casada, que es bien lo que tengo que llevar? Yo tengo fotos con mi fiance, tengo todos los pasajes, los chats, mails, el anillo de compromiso. Hace un año y 2 meses que estamos en pareja y conoci a sus padres, todo bien. Estamos con el Vermont Service Center, por lo que veo les resulto rapido! Cuanto hay que pagar ademas? 300 dolares en la entrevista no? Bueno gracias!!! les mando un beso.

Hi guys, we sent our I-129F a week ago and we already got the NOA1. We sent it to Texas but we got the notification from Vermont. Im scared because I read its really slow and not organized, but I ve also read its quicker than others, can somebody share experiences with this Service center?

No need but you can sign up at https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/Dashboard.do if you didn't fill out G1145 form.

NOA1 is receieved electronically in 3days after sending another 4 days for the hard copy.

NOA2 sometimes 1-3mos, more delay if you receive an RFE.

In Manila, K-1, VISA is received in 5-7mos time.

Electronically how? email? for some reason we couldnt fill the form for the text message notice since it wasnt available at the office we sent the form or something.

You don't have to call at all, they will send you a notice (NO1) advising you that they received your application then some months later (usually around 5 months) you get an approval. What can happen in the emantime is you may or may not get a Request for evidence (that is if they need additional information from you). Good luck

Im sorry about what happened to you, thanks for your experience, there are many ways to be together with your wife, you can guys find another country to live or something. We sent pictures together, the engagement ring receipt, boarding passes, etc. No lawyers, just us and our honesty.

You need to read the guides from your country. Look up the US embassy/consulate in beneficiaries country and that will tell you all you need to know about medicals the lot.

Try not to worry too much the hardest part when I look back on it was waiting! My husband's medical was very easy and he needed no shots because he vaccination record was up to date. They will give you a form called DS-3025 there and u can use it for your Adjustment of Status (AOS) once you come up and get married

I hope when you say " married in the future " that you mean in the 90 days after you enter on the K-1. Because you must marry in 90 days after entry to the USA using the K-1 visa.
