Elena and I met a year ago when she was in the U.S working as a Life Guard in Arlington VA on a J-1 Visa. One of my friends introduced us, Elena confessed to me a few months later that when she first met me...she did not like me hahaha. Her explanation of why she said yes to a date was "Well i thought I would give you a chance to change my mind" She really is a different kind of woman. I grew up in Europe so i am used to European women, but she is Russian, and while she lives on the European side, it is not the same. She really is a joy. Christmas of 2011 I went to Saint Petersburg to be with her, then in the Summer of 2012 we spent two months in Germany with family I have over there. I got my visa and my plane tickets to go back to Saint pete this christmas again.
