My husband was deported march 2008 and he got screwed, It was a first offense and he should have had voluntary departure but for whatever reason the officer decided deport and for good measure put a 10 year ban on him. We were married in march 2009 and now have a 2 year old daughter he has had 2 DUIs and i dont even know were to begin i have talked to every lawyer in wisconsin if not in a consultation then on the phone and half have said he cant come back before the 10 ban the other half say its a long shot and this is even more confusing cause from what i have read about I112 and I601 he is eligible?
