Hello everyone ,

I know for many people this is just a waiting game well anyway all I can say is just keep on going. We received my husbands biometrics appointment for AOS on the 5th May 2006, which was received by CSC 20th February 2006, . The problem is that we applied for the EAD on the same date , online.

We were then advised that you cannnot apply for EAD online so we resubmitted EAD and received NOA1 on April 3rd 2006 , can we ask for biometrics for EAD when he has his biometrics for AOS on the 5th May 2006.

I do hope you can help on this one.

My husband was offered a great job , however his 1-94 ran out on the 1st Feb 2006 the same day as he received his offer letter , we have an appointment on Wednesday 15th Feb to see if they will issue a temporary visa , while he waits for the one year EAD , is this posible ?

We were wondering if anyone can tell us if you can work when your original I-94 runs out, if you have received your SSN and filed for your EAD. My husband came over from the UK Nov 3rd and we were married on Nov. 12th, we didn't file for the EAD until Friday, but he has just started a new job and is wondering if he can continue working. Also does anyone who might be living in the state of Florida know of an auto insurance company with reasonable rates that we can get insurance for him until that EAD arrives and he can get his FL license?
