    congratulations. Make sure your spouse is available and ready to go in with you. it doesn't hurt to take your spouse with you anyway and show him / her how field office looks like.

    Processing time moved up from 6 months to 7 months. Some progress right there lol Has anyone experienced the same?

    I just read this one otherwise i would have replied all in one shot. Let me tell you something, if you are out of country for school, ask your school for a week off and be here in the US for an Interview, I am sure you can cover that 1-week stuff later but rescheduling an interview may delay the process. I know it is easier said than done but 1 week off from school wouldn't hurt. It is just a suggestion. School would definitely understand and would allow you to go in for a week. If i was you, school stuff would be my secondary worry than my spouse passing her immigration Interview.

    hope it all goes like a smooth sailing. For an I 757, you have to go in with your spouse. If your trip is creating a conflict, i would highly suggest rescheduling the Interview. I have seen half of the cases where a spouse is allowed to sit with a person going for an Interview. In my case my then wife was sitting next to me and i was done in 5 minutes. But it all varies case to case. I am sure there are more experienced people would advise you the same. Since it is going to be a combo so hang tight and don't mess this one up lol. What's the date in December though?

    mine went down by a month and it is still down by a month lol. Current processing time is 6 month. No other news so far. I applied on september 13, bio reuse letter the same day but three weeks later, i got a letter stating that USCIS will be scheduling my bio appointment and i should be getting a bio appointment letter in the next mail. Upto this day, i haven't received any bio appointment letter. But online, i still have bio reuse letter in docuemnt section.

    September peeps should be getting their Interview scheduled for December or January the most. Based on the timeline from September and previous two months threads. But again it is all varies case by case. My processing time changed from 7 months to 6 months lol. That's an only update so far! Congratulations and good luck to those got their Interview scheduled. Don't mess up! lol

    wow! looks like no one have any update to share. Waiting game sucks! lol, I was checking July and August months and almost everyone in that group have their Interview scheduled in October and early November. If i go with the same timeline, we should all be getting scheduled in November and December. Just saying! lol
