    Hmm, I called NVC by myself and they told us the same thing as yesterday, and that "it takes 5 to 10 days for your case to go to Paris", "ok, so have it left NVC yet?", "it takes 5 to… blahblah", "ok, but is it possible to know if my case left NVC and when exactly?", "grmblblblbl…", "ok…" Does that mean my case left?

      My guess is that that operator didn't know anything about your case status and as always they cannot admit that they don't know. So they pulled up the standard scripts to answer instead of finding the answer or find someone who can look it up lol.
