Maybe its because of the name you said your wife's name is maria but not on birth cirtificate.. look at the bright side at least they touched ur case :)I still feel like they lost mine because I never received a NOA1 hardcopy or a txt msg so I feel very nervous

Was ur divorce decree the final disposition and was it sramped by the court? Your lawyer will gat the hard copy soon

I never got my noa 1 in mail also just the text. My decree was stamped but i just sent only the one page with the stamp not all the papers that came with it cause thought those was not needed cause they just talk about child suport and what we would be getting. I thought the date and signature is all they needed but i notice that others have said they want the whole pack. But this was in 2006.
