Finally picked up greencard and social which went to the neighbours house, USCIS put the wrong address on my documents at POE. USPS delivered social to the same address as the greencard. You will hate to wait 30days for USCIS to check into your case before they tell you anything about it. Finally relieved to have greencard and social security in my possession!!!!

POE on the 5th, was the worst experience ever spent 2hours in the airport with an almost 24 month old boy. Got temporary military id, went to social security office by the monday, good news i got to apply for the social, bad news immigration messed up my name so will have to wait 4 weeks for my documents to be verified by SSA. Also, now waiting on welcome letter to make sure name issue is sorted out before green card is printed.

i had my interview on the monday and by the thursday i had my packet and passport in hand. Sorry i took so long to reply, i was out of communication for a bit.

Visa was approved, yaaay. Finally done for now.

I just got my IV invoiced yesterday will be sending out my packages on the weekend.

Congrats on the approval, yes it is one waiting to another but NVC is not that bad. We currently all waiting until friday because they have stop releasing IV invoices till the new fees, so yet again another wait.
