I was an F-1 student studying in the US and met my husband in college a little bit more than 2 years ago. We got married in May but I had to come back to Malaysia before we could file for adjustment of status because my mother was very sick. Pretty sad that we have to be separated right after we got married. Never thought that we would be together as newly weds for such a short time.
