Hello all,
My wife and I got married in the states as required by the k1 visa but decided it would be best to spend more time inn Japan to learn the coulture better. Now we are filing the cr-1 and was wondering if the k-1 would speed things up, since the background has already been done once it was only a year ago to if that helps. Like is my wife going to have to do the form 230 over again?

My wife got a k1 visa came to the US we got married then we decided to move to Japan. We are now applying for a cr1 my question is do I use the A # they gave her for the k1 when we apply for the cr1? Thanks for your help
