I called today to find out where my case is and I got another (Specialist at DOS) and now they said the case hasnt arrived yet. Smh! Do they really know?
In this day and age everyone is so busy on their computers and cell phones that they ignore their jobs. I probably interrupted someone's conversation. The lady was very rude.
